For organizations projecting growth beyond that threshold, edunext offers bespoke hosting plans capable of supporting operations with millions of monthly users — the kind of scale reached only by government programs, global corporations, or large university consortiums.
The level of availability a critical operation demands
Both products share the highest availability SLA in the line, 99.9% — in YC Advanced’s case, excluding downtime from the cloud provider the organization contracts directly — with proactive monitoring, periodic availability reports, and service credits for SLA breaches. The key difference from the tiers below is the inclusion of the Incident Response Team (IRT) service, a dedicated resource for actively managing critical incidents, rather than relying solely on standard monitoring.
On security, both products enable penetration testing authorized by the organization, with remediation handled directly by edunext, plus data protection compliance through a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
