Women Talks

Monthly conversations driving change

Two women standing in an office, one holding an ASUS laptop and the other holding a laptop with edunext stickers, while looking at a large monitor displaying data analytics.

Every month, Women Talks brings together leaders and volunteers from edunext for an open conversation about leadership, technology, and equity. These aren’t keynote-style lectures — they’re honest conversations, meant to inspire and build community among the people living these experiences day to day.

What is it? A monthly session, virtual or in person depending on the month, where a team member or an external guest shares her experience, lessons learned, and the challenges she’s faced in her career in tech.

What's included?

60 minute talks with time for Q&A

Rotating topics: leadership, technical careers, work-life balance, salary negotiation, and more

Internal edunext speakers and external voices

Why it matters: Leadership is learned by watching others do it. Women Talks puts real role models in the spotlight — women who are already transforming technology — and opens the door for more people to take that same step.

How to get involved: Want to volunteer as a speaker or suggest a topic? Reach out and join next month’s lineup.
