Gender equity at edunext isn’t just a stated value — it’s a formal policy, with clear guidelines, defined ownership, and indicators that are reviewed on a regular basis. This is an accessible summary of what that policy means in practice; the full document is available for anyone who wants to review it in detail.

Our commitment edunext’s Gender Equity Policy sets the guidelines for ensuring internal practices free of discrimination, supporting bias-free professional development, and making sure equity is built into every organizational process. How we track progress The Human Talent team regularly presents the following indicators at Women at edunext meetings:

  • Gender representation (measured monthly): percentage of women at edunext.

  • Pay gap (measured annually): percentage difference between the average salary of men and women.

This policy is reviewed and updated every two years to make sure it keeps responding to the team’s real needs.
