Growing in tech is easier with someone who’s already walked the path beside you. Our mentorship program connects women from edunext — and from partner organizations like Laboratoria — with mentors who offer their time, experience, and an honest perspective on how to move forward in a technical career.
What is it? A 1:1 mentorship program, where volunteer mentors from the edunext team guide women taking their first steps or looking for their next move in a tech career.
What's included?
Why it matters: A representation gap doesn’t close through intention alone — it closes through time, guidance, and real access to people who are already on the inside. Mentorship is one of the most concrete ways Women at edunext turns its mission into impact.
