On November 18th – 19th 2014 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the team encharged of the Open edX community hosted the first official Open edX conference, focused on the development and use of the edX open source platform.
The conference took place in the Radcliffe Gym at Harvard University and it was a great opportunity to get to know other developers, institutions, and education initiatives from around the world working, using and contributing around the open edX platform.
Some great talks and session enlightened us about the possibilities and future of the Open edX technology, to power high quality learning initiatives and innovations.
Felipe Montoya, from the eduNEXT team, presented a lightning talk Called “Powering white label initiatives through open edX microsites”.
