  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales
  • At least 1 year of experience in the software or edtech
  • Conversational English level (B2+).
  • Proficiency in CRM, Office, G-suite, Virtual Meeting Tools, Project Management Tools.

Main responsabilities

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the education and LMS industry or e-learning platforms, including features, capabilities, and implementation.
  • Provide technical consultations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and
  • Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored Open edX
  • Conduct product demos and deliver technical presentations to potential
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and provide relevant
  • Respond to technical queries for a positive client
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical
  • Translate technical features into business benefits, demonstrating the value of Open
  • Align technical solutions with client needs and business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product
