Financial and Accounting Leader

Financial Functions:

• Development of annual budgets, projection of income and expenses, analysis of project profitability.
• Control of cash flow, management of accounts receivable and payable, supervision of investments.
• Evaluation of financial statements, identification of trends, preparation of reports.
• Financial risk management, implementation of hedging strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with banks and investors and negotiate financing terms.
• Conduct daily and monthly supervision, review of accounting entries, and ensure accurate records.

Accounting Functions:

• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, preparation of tax returns, response to audits.
• Development of internal control systems, implementation of accounting policies, supervision of controls.
• Management and review of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Analysis and control of costs and cost reduction strategies.

People Management Functions:

• Lead and develop the financial and accounting team, providing feedback and complying with human talent and SGSST policies.
